Joseph M. Henderson,CPP, CFE

Joseph Henderson is a former Department of Homeland Security Executive.  He has conducted and directed complex criminal and civil investigations.  Mr. Henderson had served as the Resident Agent in Charge of Investigations, with U.S. Customs Service in central Florida. In this position he was responsible for one of Customs most successful undercover operations focusing on trademark and copyright violations.  His investigative responsibilities included import /export violations, fraud, money laundering, and smuggling investigations. Mr. Henderson joined the Federal Air Marshal Service after 9/11, and was appointed as the Assistant Federal Security Director of TSA at the Orlando and Sanford International Airports.  He is a Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).  Mr. Henderson holds Master degrees in Management and Criminal Justice. He is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.   Mr. Henderson has taught Criminal Justice and Security Management courses at the University of Central Florida, and conducted law enforcement and venue security training in St. Lucia, in their preparation for hosting World Cup Cricket. He has received numerous awards and commendations for his accomplishments in government service.

Richard C. Dotchin

Richard Dotchin is a former ATF Special Agent and Federal Air Marshal supervisor with over 30 years of managing complex civil and criminal investigations and security operations. Mr. Dotchin’s management experience includes investigations involving violent crime, firearms trafficking, interstate tobacco trafficking, arson and explosive investigations, internal fact finding, Federal Task Force Operations, Critical Incident Management, Presidential candidate protection, and transportation security. He was a member of the ATF National Response Team that investigated significant fires and bombings. Mr. Dotchin’s government service included Resident Agent in Charge of ATF’s Vermont Field Office, and most recently, the ATSAC of the Federal Air Marshal Service at the Orlando International Airport. Mr. Dotchin is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training enter.

William L. Reese

Mr. Reese has over thirty years experience conducting and managing federal criminal investigations and security operations.  As an ATF agent and Group Supervisor in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, he conducted and supervised complex cases involving firearms trafficking, illegal possession and use of explosives and post blast investigations.  He was a member of ATF’s National Response Team.  Mr. Reese had a twenty year career with the US Secret Service, retiring as a Special Agent in Charge.  His assignments included the Washington Field Office, Presidential Protective Division, Miami Field Office, Houston Field Office, Treasury Protective Division, Headquarters Office of Protective Research and ultimately, the Orlando Field Office.  He conducted and managed complex criminal investigations of threats against the president, counterfeiting of US currency and various financial fraud cases.  He is experienced in all facets of protective operations, domestic and foreign.  He completed a four year assignment on the President’s protective detail at the White House and was Assistant Special Agent in Charge and Special Agent in Charge for the protective details of three Secretaries of the Treasury.  Mr. Reese recently completed over eight years as Special Agent in Charge of the Orlando Field Office of the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS), which included an office in Tampa.  He was among the original senior leaders of the modern FAMS in the immediate aftermath of 9/11.  He managed law enforcement affairs for TSA, the parent agency of the FAMS, in the Orlando district bordered by Ft. Myers in the south, to the northern border of Florida.  He was a member of the Senior Executive Service and attended executive leadership programs at Duke University and the Center for Homeland Defense and Security at the Naval Postgraduate School.  Mr. Reese is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
